Kollywood is abuzz with rumours that Bala isn’t happy with Vikram after Varmaa was scrapped by producers.
Reportedly the director has begun his next directorial and aims to release on the same day as Varmaa
All is not well between Vikram and Bala after the producers of Varmaa scrapped Bala’s version and decided to reshoot the entire film. Now, we hear from reliable sources in tinseltown, that Bala is disappointed with Vikram and has been claiming in his circle that it was the actor who decided to scrap his version of the film.
“Bala is also disappointed with the way Vikram hastily decided to rope in Girisayya and Ravi K Chander as the director and cinematographer respectively for the second version,” a source in the know told us. The source added that Bala has already begun the pre-production of his next and will wrap it up in a single schedule and has decided to release it on the same day of Varmaa.
Sources close to Vikram clarified the issue and told DTNext, “We have no clue from where such rumours on Vikram sir crop up. In fact, it was Vikram, who wanted Bala to shoot the second version of the film as well. Moreover, there is no rift as such. We are now focussed on Adithya Varma and will keep everyone posted about it.” Meanwhile Vikram has wrapped up the shoot of his upcoming film Kadaaram Kondaan and has another project with Ajay Gnanamuthu that will go on floors in June.
