The women centric film, Thiraikku Varaadha Kadhai, is also a diwali release from the Tinsel town. This supernatural thriller genre film has been written and directed by Mollywood's Thulaseedas under the production of K.Manikandan. It stars the evergreen actress Nadhiya, Iniya, Kovai Sarala, Aarthi among other artists. Music is composed by M.G.Sreekumar.
The film, which has been made simultaneously in Tamil and Malayalam talks about a lesbian relationship between two nurses who share the same hostel and the problems that arise when decide to tie the knot. Nadhiya has essayed the role of a tough cop. The film has gained a U/A certificate from the CBFC with few cuts.
