The hero’s dad (Nasser)
is an honest cop who dreams of seeing his son as an IPS officer. His son (Srikanth) who has cleared the civil
service exam doesn’t join the services as he plans to move out of this corrupt
country and settle in US. One day the
hero along with his friends steals a Vinayagar statue from heroine’s house. The
heroine (Charmi) tries to get hold of the culprit and that’s when she gets
attracted to him. They become friends and then in due course become lovers.
Meanwhile Krishna (Krishna) a wealthy NRI returns to India and tries to bring up fruitful projects. As usual, the local don (Pradeep Rawat) tries to get rid of Krishna and during one such attempt he kills both Krishna and hero’s father. This instigates Surya to fight off the baddies.
Did he succeed in his mission or not is the rest of the movie.
Srikanth plays his role perfectly well with well-timed punch dialogues and stunts. Charmi comes across as a smart and cute girl. Nasser and Krishna have undoubtedly done their job well.
Srikanth Deva has created pretty loud music .N. Sudhakar’s cinematography is a bonus to the movie. The stunt scenes create the desired effect. Director Samudra could have avoided some old movie scenes.
Overall, the movie leaves much to be desired.
