Moving close with Sethu's friends Karthik feels that he can get closer to Sethu. By that time he gets a chance to move with Sethu's cousin Kayal. Thinking that Karthi loves her, Kayal starts loving Karthik. After that when Karthik tries to know about Sethu, the gangster enters his life in a disastrous way. When Karthik tells him his aim, Sethu narrates his flashback but expresses his desire to be the hero of that film but Karthik refuses it. This refusal angers Sethu and he wants to kill Karthik for this. Karthik's survival and success is shown in the rest of the screenplay.
Siddharth gets along well with the character of Karthik as a young director struggling to make his first film but his performance is not that impressive. Lakshmi Menon does not have much opportunity but she has done her part well. Simha Sethu portrays his character with magnificent acting. His body language is good in few scenes. Karuna as Sidharth's friend scores with his innocent acting.
Gavemic U Ary's cinematography gives added strength to the movie especially in the rainy shots. The songs have come out well in Santhosh Narayanan's music. The background music is terrific and should be given a mention. Director Karthik has tried to give a different story. The screenplay has lot of twists in the second half but the length of the story can make it a little boring in the end.
