Thamizh (Santhosh) has the desire to become a director and tries hard to attain it. He is assisted by Murali (Vijay Ram), Seenu (Thambi Ramaiah), Murthy (Lallu) and Arvind (Dinesh). In the meantime he is in love with Daksha (Akila Kishore).

They decide to get married only after Thamizh becomes a director but unfortunately they get into wedlock due Daksha's insistence against the wish of her parents. Thamizh spends his time in story discussion with his friends at his home. Slowly, Daksha gets irritated by this attitude and this leads to a fight between them.

When Thamizh is finally ready with a script,  the fight deepens between him and his wife so they decide to live separately till he directs the movie. Did he find a producer for his movie and did he get back with his wife is the rest of the story.

 After a long gap, Parthiban has directed the movie in such a way that the audience has to guess the storyline till the end. The specialty of Parthiban is exposed in delivering this movie to the likes of the audience without a storyline.

Apart from Thambi Ramaiah, all are new to the industry but Parthiban with his experience have made them get along well. Thambi Ramaiah comes throughout the movie and has done justice to his role.

Music composition by Sathyan is good and Rajaratnam's cinematography is an added strength to the movie.
