Meanwhile Harish has to quit his job due to some problem. He decides to start a new company on his own so he gets money from his father and starts looking out for a plot through a broker, Mohanram. The broker convinces Harish to get a plot inside the city limits for 2 crores. At the same time, Achutakumar is imprisoned by police and so Ajayraj helps Harish to purchase the plot by lending the money.
When Harish starts his construction he has to face a dispute regarding the ownership of the plot. Then only he comes to know that he has been deceived by Mohanram. In the midst of this, Achutakumar comes out from jail and demands his money back from Ajayraj. What happens afterwards is explained interestingly in the screenplay.
Harish Kalyan has shown improvement in his acting. He has done well in dancing as well as romance. Anandhi has scored in her acting. The storyline of Manimaran shows the other side of real estate business and construction works. This film will be a good lesson for new buyers and a special mention can be given to the writer.
Velraj's cinematography is an added strength to the movie. Jones's background music and the songs by G.V.Prakash, Ghana Bala are good.
