Jackie Shroff, a diamond dealer asks Shahrukh's father Anupam Kher to do a safety locker for him to keep his diamonds safe. When it gets ready he keeps his diamonds (worth 100 crores) inside the locker. The locker's safety system is secured with the finger prints of Anupam Kher. Therefore he asks Shroff to register his fingerprint in the lock system.

Shroff sedates Anupam Kher and blames him of stealing the diamonds. Anupam gets arrested and ends up in jail. After that Shroff collects the insurance money for the lost diamonds and becomes more rich. Coming to know about this, Shahrukh plans to take revenge by looting the diamonds. He learns that the diamonds are kept safe in an underground safety room of a star hotel in Dubai.

Meanwhile an international New Year dance competition is due to take place in that Dubai hotel so Shahrukh with his dance team comprising of Abhishek Bachchan, Deepika Padukone, Sonu Sood, Boman Irani and Vivaan Shah enters the competition. After that whether he is able to achieve his mission or not is narrated in the rest of the storyline.

Though Shahrukh is being pictured as a thief the storyline makes him look different. He is excellent in his acting. Deepika Padukone attracts the viewers with her elegance and beauty. Abhishek Bachchan, Sonu Sood, Boman Irani, Vivaan Shah, Anupam Kher and Jackie Shroff have done their parts  well.

Songs are good in Vishal Dadlani's music. Manush Nandhan's camera work enhances the fighting scenes and the song sequences. Director Farah Khan can be given a special appreciation for giving a full family entertainer.
