Siddesh works in a private television as a reporter. He is preparing a document about mentally disturbed people so he meets such people who loiter outside and doctor Swasika who treats such patients.
One day a woman strips her clothes on the road and the passer-by are shocked to see this. A colleague of Siddesh records this incident and telecasts it in their channel. When Siddesh complains about this to his higher official, he asks him to collect the full details about the person affected.
Since the person is under the care of Swasika, Siddesh comes to know that she is unable to talk and mentally affected too. A similar incident occurs again and both Siddesh and Swasika meet the woman involved in this incident. They are shocked to know her condition and start their interrogation. On the other hand the police also start an enquiry.
Once again they hear about a similar incident in Kodaikanal. They come to know that someone is doing the damage to the victim's brain cells and they try to find out the truth behind it.
