Pandiarajan, who is a research scholar finds that a brain transplant surgery can be used for protecting a proficient brain. He seeks government’s permission to carry on such surgeries but his research is not given permission as it involves human lives.
Feeling distressed he plans to somehow prove his findings. He kidnaps a mentally disabled person with the help of his assistant. Earlier, he hits a Boxing player while driving his car and therefore he utilises both the victims to perform the brain transplantation. The player meets his end while the other one recovers from the surgery. Amidst this the families of the missing persons start searching for them.
What happened after that and whether Pandiarajan proved his research findings or not is narrated in the rest of the screenplay.
Pandiarajan who always plays a comedy role has taken a serious part in this movie and has performed well indeed. Ganapathy playing the retarded characater finds it difficult to show the difference in the latter half. The other cast have done their jobs as expected.
Director Anbarasan has taken a different storyline but the choice of his artists does not make it perfect. The first half is boring and the comedy is not effective. The songs and the background music of Ramesh Krishna is average. Cinematographer S.Mohan should have paid more attention to his work.
