Raj who is admitted in a Psychiatric Hospital in Chennai escapes by killing the watchman. The next day he gets a lift and travels to Hyderabad with a couple Abishek-Shwetha in their car. Raj has a desire for Shwetha and in order to fulfil his wish, he starts to trouble the pair.  Unable to tolerate Raj’s behaviour, the couple drops him on the way and escapes from him.

Raj follows them in another car and gets into Abishek’s car again. When Abishek refuses to start the car he threatens to kill Shwetha and makes him drive the vehicle. Meanwhile Police officer Sethu starts enquiring about the death of the hospital watchman and a dead body found in the Highways. He assumes that Raj is the culprit and travels towards Hyderabad.

Abishek, Shwetha and Raj are taken to the police station on suspicion. While interrogating them Raj beats the police officers and the lovers escape from the place.  After hitting all the policemen Raj goes in search of the love pair. What happens after that and the reason for Raj being admitted in the hospital is narrated in the rest of the story.

Hero Raj has no dialogues but has expressed the appropriate emotions correctly. He has has directed this movie and has given a casual performance. The story lacks interesting sequences and the director could have shortened the lengthy scenes.

Abishek, Shwetha, Myna Sethu have done a great job. Pooja has a pivotal role and she impresses audience by her chirpy acting. Rahulraj has done a brilliant job in background music and Kishoremani's cinematography adds strength to the movie.
