Hero Aadhi who is from a middle class family has three friends who belong to rich families.

In order to enjoy their lives, they all skip their college final exams and keep roaming around happily.

During this time, Adhi meets Nikki Galrani and the duo falls in love. The romance portions are interesting and Nikki scores in her chirpy girl’s role.

On New Year eve, Adhi’s three friends get drunk in a hotel and tease Richa Pallod and her boyfriend.
By the time Adhi reaches the venue, his friends start quarelling with Richa and she warns them that they will suffer for what they have done.

Richa happens to be a gangster’s daughter and after the hotel incident, Adhi and his friends get trapped in various problems.

The rest of the story reveals the reason behind the problems in an engaging way.

Aadhi fits well to his character and has given a neat performance. More attention could have been given to his dialogue delivery. Heroine Nikki Galrani gets the applause from the audience for her naughty and mischievous role. Pasupathy, Adukalam Naren, Richa Pallod and Nasser have done justice to their roles.

The BGM and songs are good in the composition of Praveen Shyam. Shanmugasundaram's camera work has added more value to the movie.
