The film’s story revolves around the life of a youngster who earns a living by saving people who accidentally fall into Hogenakkal falls and he also finds the corpses of people who commit suicide in the falls.

Venkat’s relative Sonia, who sells fish in the market is fond of him and expresses her wish to marry him. Venkat ignores Sonia due to a family dispute and continues to focus on his work.

In this situation, heroine Umashree visits Hogenakkal with her family. She accidentally falls into the river and everyone leaves the place assuming that she is dead.

Venkat Krishna finds her fainted near the river bank and save her life. Umashree gets impressed by Venkat’s attitude and falls in love with him. Venkat also accepts her proposal.

Meanwhile, Umashree’s brother from Chennai comes to Hogenakkal to take her back home and Umashree accompanies him to save the life of a child.

Venkat starts to miss Umashree and Sonia insists him to go Chennai in search of her.

The rest of the screenplay reveals whether Venkat meets Umashree or he marries Sonia.

The lead characters played by Venkat Krishna, Sonia and Umashree have been framed well and the artists have done justice to their roles.

The supporting artists have also performed well. Filmmaker Velu has taken a simple plot and executed it well with an interesting screenplay.

Shiva’s cinematography and Alvin’s music have turned out to be a huge support for the film.
