The fantasy-adventure flick is directed by Chimbudevan who excels in making successful films in various genres and the movie is Vijay’s first venture in the fantasy genre.
The film marks the comeback of Sridevi to Tamil cinema after 20 years and has an attractive starcast comprising of Shriti Haasan, Hansika Motwani, Nanditha, Sudeep, Prabhu and Vidyullekha Raman.
Vijay, who grows up in a village is in love with Shruti Haasan. The villagers are being harassed by commander Sudeep and Queen Sridevi and Vijay takes up the responsibility to put an end to all the issues by standing against the atrocious rule.
Meanwhile, Vijay and his people come to know that Sudeep and Sridevi possess mystic power which empowers them to live a more powerful and longer life than fellow human beings.
Joe Malluri warns Vijay about the dreadful consequences and insists him to have a distinctive medicine which would aid Vijay to win over the villains.
On the way, Vijay meets the lilliputs who try to kill him first and later end up helping him to get rid of the brutal Queen and commander.
The rest of the story unveils whether Vijay manages to succeed by fighting against the rivals in a gripping manner.
