Veteran actor Rajkiran is the supervisor of a construction site which is owned by a politician in Rameshwaram.
After an untoward incident, all the workers in the site go to another work site leaving Rajkiran worried about the construction deadline. He then brings in refugees who planned to escape from the camp to work in his site.
Naveen Chandra who belongs to the new set of workers falls in love with Manjari who also is a part of the same group.
As the work proceeds, the refugees get arrested for escaping from the camp and Naveen Chandra tries his best to bring Manjari back. Few unexpected incident follows and Rajkiran makes sure he gives utmost support to the refugees.
