Hero Indrajith works as an assistant manager in a bank in Chennai. His parents, back in their home town, plan for his marriage. They send him a girl’s photo along with her address to get his consent. Amidst this, Indrajith has an issue with one of his friends who replaces the bride's address with a fake house address. This leads the hero into trouble.
Meanwhile, he meets heroine Devika in an unexpected situation which ends in a conflict between the two. However, the couple soon falls in love and decides to get married. With only four days left for the wedding, Indrajith gets entangled in a new problem which halts his marriage. What happens next forms the crux of the story.
Though this is the first movie for debutante Indrajith, he has pulled off his role well. Devika looks beautiful and gets a pass mark for her performance. The combination scenes of actors Singamuthu, Swaminathan and Shivasankar master leave the audience in splits. Director Madhavan has given equal importance to all artists, which is laudable. The humor part of the film has worked out well. However, the lengthy duration turns the movie uninteresting.
Songs and background score composed by Rizal are average. The cinematography of Vasan is not impressive, and excess usage of close-up shots could have been avoided. To sum up, this is yet another film to make up the numbers in Kollywood.
