Summave Aaduvom is a romantic film directed by Kaadhal Sugumar. Leema Babu and Arun Balaji are playing the lead roles. Srikanth Deva has composed music for the film, while Mathur S Siva is the art director of the film.
A zamindar from a village is close to all the drama artists. He does everything they need and the taltented artistes sees him as a god. Inspite of all that, Anand and Yuvarani are worried because they are unable to attain parenthood. In this case, his astrologer Pandu predicts that they would lose their first child and only their second child will be born.
Anand is now confused about what do do and that is when, a drama artist offers his daughter Ammu for marriage. Half heartedly, he accepts the offer and she also gets pregnant after sometime. In the same time, Yuvarani is also conceived.
They are admitted in the same hospital. Ammu dies after delivering a baby boy. Zamindar feels that what he did is a grave mistake and exchanges Ammu's and Yuvarani's kids.
Arjun, who is living in Zameen's house becomes an actor, while Arun, who is raised by a drama artist works in a mechanic shop and is a die hard fan of Arjun.
At one instance, Arjun's uncle insults Arun and tries to grab the land that was given to him by the zameen. As a result, he will sketch a plan to get it off from him. People in the village would ask him to take up a challenge in order to get his land back. Eventually, will they be able to get it or not forms the rest of the story.
The lead actors have done their part well. Music in the film is average and the BGM could have been even more better.
