Heroine Sraviya grows up as the affectionate daughter of Chitra Lakshmanan. She is bold by nature and is adamant to dislike anyone using her belongings. Her father decides to buy a land on her name and construct a marriage hall in that premises.
Meanwhile, Sraviya reveals that she is in love with a guy and wants to marry him. Accepting her proposal, the parents decide to conduct their daughter's wedding as a first ceremony in their hall after it gets completed. The arrangements are under way according to this plan but the maternal uncle of the bride, who had a desire to marry her, burns the hall a day before the wedding. 13 persons including the bride Sraviya get killed in this incident but the spirits do not leave the place. All the efforts taken to clean up the hall end in failure.
Finally, a wizard suggests that a marriage conducted here would solve this issue and assigns Sraviya's brother Ramji, lover Rathan Mouli, M.S.Bhaskar and Sams to do the renovation works. The aftermath and the result are narrated in the latter part of the film.
Hero Rathan Mouli reflects a common man in this film and performs great in romantic and horror sequences. Sraviya fits well to her character and does justice to the spirit role as well. The second heroine Suza Kumar gives her entry after the interval but makes it impressive with her acting skills.
Livingston makes the audience laugh with his mimicry talents. Other than him, comedians M.S.Bhaskar, Sams, Manobala and Vaiyapuri do not create any impact on comedy portions. Although, director Pughazhmani has shown a noticeable difference in his second horror venture from the previous film, Vellikkizhamai 13Aam Thethi neither threaten the viewers or nor make them laugh.
Taj Noor's music composition and K.S.Selvaraj's camera works fall under the average rating..
